Vereign is proud to announce the creation of the Alliance for Decentralized Key Management Applications – a collaborative effort with the Human Colossus Foundation (HCF) and argonAUTHs to advance the future of secure, decentralized digital infrastructure.

The Alliance is built on KERI – the Key Event Receipt Infrastructure – and aims to deliver open, secure, and enterprise-grade components for the next generation of trust infrastructure. Together, we combine open development with industrial-grade engineering to create solutions that are resilient, interoperable, and ready for real-world deployment.

As a founding member, Vereign brings its expertise in decentralized identity, secure communications, and its proven Secure Edge Application Layer (SEAL) technology, already serving the Swiss healthcare sector with over 25,000 secure emails every day.

The Alliance provides:

  • A complete open-source DKMS stack built on KERI
  • Long-term support and enterprise-grade operations
  • Transparent governance and a structured improvement program
  • Predictable release cycles, security updates, and lifecycle management

Membership offers early access to developments, the ability to influence technical roadmaps, and the assurance of long-term stability for critical infrastructure.

This partnership is about more than technology – it’s about building the foundations of digital trust that are ethical, secure, and sustainable for governments, healthcare, and enterprises worldwide.
